Within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of course content has been accessed.
If 25%–50% accessed within 14 days, a 50% refund may be issued at our discretion.
After 14 days, or if more than 50% of content has been accessed, or after certificate issuance.
Live sessions: refundable if cancelled 48+ hours in advance.
Refunds to original payment method within 5–10 business days.
